However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
  • Returns and refunds are applicable only for damaged products.
  • The customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged product are mandatory.
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Minor natural variations in beads, stones, or color (as these are natural products).
3. Return Process
  • Contact us with your order details and damage proof.
  • Our team will verify the request.
  • Once approved, the product must be returned in its original condition.
4. Refund / Replacement
  • After inspection, we will provide either:
  • A replacement OR
  • A refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
5. Shipping Charges
  • Return shipping for verified damaged products will be covered by us.
  • If damage is not verified, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
