  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as weather, festivals, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD is available on eligible pin codes.
  • An additional COD fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order using the provided courier tracking number.
6. Address & Delivery Issues
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.
  • DivyaSetu is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will initiate a replacement or refund after confirmation from the courier partner.
8. Undelivered or RTO Orders
  • If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Refunds for RTO orders will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
