How to Use

Hold the mala in your right hand, beginning at the bead next to the Sumeru (Guru) bead. Use your thumb and middle finger to move each bead as you recite your chosen mantra. Never cross over the Sumeru bead — reverse direction to continue. Store in a clean cloth pouch when not in use.
